Ideally, brows should be left completely untouched for 6 to 8 weeks prior to your first appointment with Eleni.

The EE Signature Brow treatment is the best option to choose as it will give you the time to talk about your brows in depth with Eleni where she will formulate a regrowth strategy for you and also show you the potential of your brows with her specialised brow forecasting technique.

Eleni uses a combination of a very gentle wax, tweezers and only if absolutely necessary, brow scissors.
Retinol (any type of retinoid) & waxing don’t mix, so it’s necessary to inform Eleni if you are on a course of Retinol prior to your treatment & she will use tweezers as her only form of hair removal.
If you would like to have waxing performed, please stop the use of Retinol at least 2 weeks prior to your scheduled treatment.

Lifting (Lamination) & Tinting treatments need an allergy patch test to be performed a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled treatment. This can be arranged as a quick 10 minute drop in. Just send an email to arrange a mutually suitable time.
After the customer has undertaken the patch test, they must wait for 48 hours to ensure no reaction has taken place.
Allergy patch tests are highly recommended, even if you have had these treatments previously performed at an alternate brow studio. Should the client choose to forgo an allergy test, it will be at their own risk, per the Consent form.

The short answer is No.
Trends come and go, and the current obsession with Lifted (Laminated) brows is not for everyone.
The condition of your brows is Eleni’s number one priority, therefore she will not recommend any treatment if she believes the final result will not be aesthetically pleasing, or it will be at the detriment of your brows.

Lifting & Tinting treatments are possible only for 16 years of age and over. For all other treatments booked as a minor, you must be accompanied by an adult.

Tinting or Lifting is not possible if you are pregnant.

Do not fake tan for at least 4 days prior to your tinting appointment as this can affect the outcome of your tint.
Prepare your brows the night before with a light & gentle exfoliation.
Do not apply moisturiser or sunscreen on the day of your treatment.
Make sure there's no oily residue lingering from tanning oils, facials, makeup or skincare products immediately before your appointment.
Do not let your tinted eyebrows get wet for 24 hours after they have been tinted - this includes avoiding the gym or any kind of workout that will result in sweating for the first 24 hours after tinting, including the use of spas or saunas etc.
Use as little as possible cleansing products on your brows to help prolong the tint.
Avoid all oils (including Castor Oil) and scrubs while your brows are tinted as this will cause colour to fade.

Grow your brows for at least 4 weeks before treatment & do not trim them
Lifting cannot be performed on clients who have had permanent makeup within the last 8 weeks, are using Retinol, Roaccutane, suffer from very sensitive skin, eczema or psoriasis
Do not fake tan for at least 4 days prior to your lifting appointment
Make sure there's no oily residue lingering from tanning oils, facials, moisturisers, makeup or skincare products immediately before your appointment.
For the first 24 hours after Lifting, eyebrows cannot get wet or be in humid conditions - this includes avoiding showers, the gym & any kind of workout that will result in sweating, including the use of spas or saunas etc. Do not touch your brows or sleep on them either.
Use as little as possible of cleansing products on your brows & when cleansing, do so gently and always in an upward motion.
Do brush your brows gently every day and continue to use a conditioning oil like Castor Oil, and condition them in the shower
Always try to brush your brows while they are wet - “wet to set”.

Brow Lifting & Tinting cannot be performed in the same appointment. Brows should be Lifted first, with the Tint scheduled for a minimum of 48 hours after the Lifting has been performed.

Latecomers or changes made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee for the service you booked.
Out of respect for other clients’ RDVs, please be aware that I am unable to extend your treatment time in case of late arrival.

Children are welcome to attend appointments with you, however please note that access to the space is not stroller friendly.

While Eleni would love the opportunity to meet your furry family member, it is our studio policy that pets are unable to attend appointments with you.

Virtual browsing

Whether our schedules don’t align, or you happen to live on the other side of the world, Eleni offers Virtual Browsing Appointments (VBAs) so you can achieve your best brows, no matter where you are.

Virtual Browsing Appointments can be bought as a digital product. Just add the product to your cart and provide all the details requested for your brow goals, together with well-lit, in-focus, close-up colour photos.
Eleni will then provide you with a brow strategy, detailed instructions on which brow hairs you may remove, and you will also be given product recommendations & custom grooming tips so you can achieve wow brows all the time.

Eleni will personally provide you with a brow strategy just for you. She will send you detailed instructions via email on which brow hairs you can remove.
Eleni will send you back your photos with her notes & recommendations so we are sure to tweeze the right hairs even if she is far away! You will also be given product recommendations & custom grooming tips so you can achieve your maximum brow potential during your daily routine.

Let your brows grow for at least 4-6 weeks with zero hair removal (all hair growing between your eyelashes to above your brows is considered eyebrow realty, so please don’t touch new hair growth).
